You can now request your prescription directly to our prescriptions department via email at where it will be actioned as below.

Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.

Please do not telephone the prescriptions line to request medication or to check if your request has been processed as we are experiencing a high volume of calls on the line and patients who have queries or issues with their medication are struggling to get through to the department.

We are unable to take medication requests via telephone.
